Our Conference & Meeting Portfolio

When the RFP for the Newmarket project came out it was an exciting one. In the proposal it was called the Ideas Conference. In the RFP they talked about wanting to bring the big thinkers who live and work in Newmarket into one room to talk about their big ideas. This project was right up our alley. It was an exciting potential project for us to dream about. Usually, the ones we get most excited about are the ones we don’t get. But we got it!

It was a pleasure for us to be able to work with the Chemistry Industry Association of Canada on their biennial conference. This national conference took place at the Hilton Lac Leamy with an off-site dinner at the Museum of History. Our responsibilities for this event included managing RFPs for the conference venue, off-site dinner venue, and photography services. We worked with our local DMO to secure transportation discounts for our attendees and provide some tourist options for delegates that chose to come to the Ottawa area early or stay late. We managed on site logistics, registration and more!
